Chairman HRGI’s Prologue

I feel both proud and privileged to place the Maiden Issue of the H.R. Group of Institutions Journal of Research (HRGIJR) in the hands of the discreet readers, researchers, academicians, business bigwigs and scientists.  In fact, teaching without a research impetus certainly hints at the lack of missionary mindset on the part of a teacher. The latest research breakthroughs in diverse fields of Engineering and Technology, Pharmacy, Hotel Management, Applied Sciences and Humanities, Management and Computer Applications cannot properly be canalized unless there is an effective and efficacious use and application of the latest researches in all diverse domains of the above sciences.

The HRGIJR, a biannual and referred Journal, is certainly the convergence of the latest research breakthroughs in all the above realms of scientific knowledge and it is anticipated that it would certainly serve the cause of all empirical sciences actively harnessed in the summum bonum of human welfare.  Nevertheless, research bereft of moral moorings and a humanized outlook goes against the quintessence of incessant quest for knowledge wealth and knowledge power: for, Copernicus first deprived man of his favored spot in the heavens; Darwin divested him of his spiritual ancestry bluntly describing him simply as a conglomeration of electromagnetic impulses, and insignificant speck in an incredibly immense universe.

I am fully confident that the HRGIJR shall give a mighty impetus to the knowledge power and also to the knowledge wealth of its users.

Prof. S.D. Sharma, Editor-in-Chief and his entire team, deserve appreciation for bringing out the Maiden Issue of the HRGIJR so expeditiously and meticulously.  I also congratulate all the contributors of the research papers to the HRGIJR, all the peer reviewers, language experts and external experts for their judicious appraisals of the research papers included in the Journal.
