A centre has been set up at H.R. Institute of Technology by the Indira Gandhi National Open University, Delhi for full time Integrated Engineering Degree Programme leading to the award of B.Tech Degree in the following branches:

1.Civil Engineering.

2.Mechanical Engineering.

3.Electrical Engineering.

4.Electronics & Communication Engineering.

5.Computer Science Engineering.

The intake of students in each of the above branches is 60.

The above Engineering Programme shall open door even for a high school student and an in-service student to obtain an Engineering Degree.

Online IIM CAT EXAM-2009 HELD AT HRIT Ghaziabad:

Online IIM CAT Examination, 2009 was conducted for the first time by Prometric, an American company, in collaboration with NIIT, Delhi with effect from 28/11/2009 to 08/12/2009 for 11 Days at the H.R. Institute of Technology, Ghaziabad with zero defect status report. The turn over of examinees was 2790. This speaks volumes for the strong infrastructure obtainable at the HRIT, to conduct all type of online examination.
