 Mechanical
Engineering Department:
The department has a well equipped Mechanical
Lab with 40 Ton UTM Machine, most advanced
version of Combined Hardness Testing Machine,
Working Kits for the study of AC, Refrigerator,
IC Engine, Boilers etc. The Department has
also a modern and spacious Drawing Hall/Graphics
Lab with adjustable drawing boards to
accommodate more than 60 students at a time. In
addition, there also exist Machine Drawing,
Fluid Mechanics Lab and Fluid Machinery Lab and
Advanced Material testing Lab in the Department,
which are well-equipped with 500 times
Resolution Microscope together with Muffle
Furnace and a highly sophisticated polishing
machine.

imparting special skills needed by the
industry. Students Seminars, Workshops and
expert guest lectures are routinely
organized. Personality Development
Programmes are also organized to enhance
soft skills of the students.
